Shipping & Cancellation Policy

We deliver to 27,000+ pin codes across India (metros, Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 & many remote areas).
Standard Delivery Timeline: – Metro & major cities: 2–4 business days – Rest of India: 4–7 business days – Remote & Northeast/J&K/Ladakh: 7–12 business days
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000. Below ₹999, a flat ₹50 shipping charge applies.
Tracking: You’ll get an SMS & email with tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Orders placed before 1 PM are usually dispatched the same day (except Sundays & national holidays).

You can cancel your order for a 100% refund if: – You cancel before the order is “Shipped”. – Just go to My Orders → Select order → Click “Cancel”.
Once the order status changes to “Shipped”, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return it after delivery (see Returns Policy).
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed instantly: – Wallet/Paytm/UPI/Bank: 24–48 hours – Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days – COD orders cancelled before shipping: Full amount refunded to DealDhamaka Wallet or bank (your choice).

We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, festivals, or incorrect address provided by you.
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
