1. Easy Returns
- 7-day replacement guarantee on all products (from the date of delivery).
- 10-day returns on electronics, mobiles & appliances (sealed & unused condition only).
2. When You Can Return/Replace
- Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received
- Size/fit/colour issue (fashion items)
- Simply don’t like it (applicable categories only – no questions asked!)
3. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging
- Original invoice & all accessories must be returned
- No returns on innerwear, lingerie, socks, personalised items, jewellery (except defects), and perishable goods
4. How to Return
- Choose reason → Schedule free pickup (available in 18,000+ pin codes)
- Self-ship option also available – we’ll refund courier charges up to ₹100 on valid returns
5. Refund Timeline
- Quality check → Refund processed within 24–48 hours
- Wallet/UPI/Bank transfer: Instant–48 hours
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- COD orders: Refund to bank account or DealDhamaka Wallet (your choice)
6. Replacement
- If you want the same product in different size/colour, choose “Replace” – we’ll ship the new one free of cost!
7. Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene/safety)
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks
- Makeup, perfumes (if seal broken)
- Customised or engraved products
- Digital Products
